Return Policy

THANK YOU for shopping with THE BROWN DUCK.

We really have a very simple Return policy - leave the tags on, don't wash or wear it - contact us if there is a problem!

But, for those that want specifics - here's the 'official written policy':  While we hope that you are pleased with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange, provide store credit or refund for your unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with ALL the original tags still attached, within 30 days of the delivery date.   We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with the tags still attached within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us Contact Us with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags still attached. All merchandise must be unworn. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied. Please allow 3-4 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and then when processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ANY items that have been worn, washed, altered or are missing original tags are not returnable.
