We're happy to answer questions about our products or your order. We try to ship all orders that we have in our store within 24 hours; on some orders we may have to order your items from Carhartt or Ariat - if there is a delay, we will let you know by email.
We have been selling Carhartt for 40+ years, so we are very familiar with the Carhartt and we have carried all the additional Carhartt licensee lines since their beginnings. The Brown Duck added Ariat FR & Ariat Rebar a couple of years ago; our customers have been very pleased with the Ariat items that we are carrying and we think that help 'round-out' our offerings.
